These template terms are provided for website setup and should be replaced or reviewed professionally before accepting bookings.

Bookings

A date is not confirmed until the required agreement and booking payment have been received and acknowledged by VT Creative Studio.

Payments

Payment stages, accepted methods, taxes and refund conditions should be clearly stated in each client proposal or contract.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

Rescheduling depends on team availability. Cancellation, postponement and force-majeure conditions should follow the signed client agreement.

Creative Style

Clients acknowledge the studio’s portfolio style and grant reasonable creative discretion in capture, selection, editing, colour and film storytelling.

Delivery

Estimated preview and final delivery timelines vary by service and season. Final timelines should be stated in the booking agreement.

Image Usage

Copyright, personal usage rights, commercial usage, printing rights and portfolio permissions should be defined in the client agreement.
